- Manufacturing:
In case of a demonstrable manufacturing defect, a complaint can of course be made. If after investigation we have determined that it is indeed a manufacturing defect, we take back the umbrellas and provide replacement items or credit the umbrellas that have something wrong with them.
- Not needed:
We do not take back umbrellas that were ordered because rain was expected but did not occur.
- Printed
We do not take back umbrellas that have printing (unless, of course, they are misprinted).
You can order a sample to assess the umbrella in real life before possibly placing an order.
The costs for this are the price of the umbrella from the first tier plus € 15.00 administration and shipping costs (excl. VAT).
Suppose a certain umbrella is no longer available after you have ordered and paid for it, then we offer - if there is one - a minimally comparable alternative.
If this alternative is still not satisfactory, the order can of course be canceled and we will promptly and properly refund your payment.
Fortunately, this almost never happens in practice :-)
The start-up costs amount to € 39.00 excl. VAT per color, per design for screen printing.
The start-up costs amount to € 25.00 excl. VAT per design for a full color DTF transfer print.
There are no start-up or setup costs for a doming in the handle.
These costs are automatically included in the quote that you compile yourself on our website
With new clients, we always work with 100% prepayment.
You will also receive a digital invoice with the order after the ordering and payment process has been completed.
If prepayment is not possible for any reason but you still want to order, please let us know by phone or email.
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are automatically included in the quote you compile on this website. Belgian customers are of course also very welcome, for shipments to Belgium we charge a small surcharge, if you want to know exactly how much in advance, please let us know!

The delivery takes place at 1 address in the Netherlands, unless otherwise agreed. Deliveries take place on weekdays between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Deliveries cannot be sent to a P.O. box address.
The delivery time (printed) is approximately 2 working weeks after order, - approval of digital proof and receipt of payment.
If you need them faster, of course we can discuss whether that is possible, and if we then promise it, you can really count on it!
The delivery time for unprinted is 2 to 3 working days.
Both printed and unprinted delivery times apply if there is sufficient stock available and these delivery times start after receipt of payment.
Artwork must always be provided as a so-called vector file so that it can be enlarged and reduced without loss of quality.
Examples of suitable vector files are files with the extensions:
- .eps (encapsulated postscript)
- .ai (Adobe Illustrator)
- in some cases a PDF file, but we can only assess that after opening the PDF with the appropriate software.
Of course! If a logo consists of 1 or 2 print colors, we standardly execute it in screen printing.
If the print consists of more than 2 colors, then we print the umbrella with a DTF transfer, which is more advantageous for you than screen printing in 3 or 4 colors.
A doming is always executed as a full-color print.
Of course! You can easily calculate per product how much it costs to have your logo printed on 1 or more panels.
Our advice....?
You ideally want the umbrella to become the favorite of the person who receives/uses it, so keep the printing a bit simple 1 or 2 panels printed is often enough.
