You can now send the logo as an .eps / .ai / .pdf (vector) file, but this can also be done later after a staff member has contacted you.
You will always receive a digital proof for approval in advance and printing will never start before the digital proof is approved.
An order of unprinted items will be processed immediately after receipt of payment.
